BCDO is a Non-profit organisation without public funding. Daily operation is maintained by money from eco tourism and a small school fee. To support the BCDO projects and daily operations, additional funds need to be raised from companies, NGOs and private persons.

To successfully establish organic farming on our premises, we need to install a well. Well installations range from 500$ to 2000$, whereas the cheaper versions do not provide sufficient water supply during the dry season. We will shortly announce our plans with a major well-donation organization and greatly appreciate your donations then.

BCDO is always looking for both short- and long term volunteers to support our English teaching, Environment project and Organic farming project. Volunteers can get cheap rates for accomodation, or even camp for free on our premises. Please contact us ahead if you are interested.
